All your interactions with ClientTable are encrypted. We utilize industry leading SSL with 256-bit encryption. This means information such as your password, and all other data cannot simply be intercepted and read by others.
Data held by ClientTable is stored in Amazon AWS (via Heroku, our hosting provider). We store only the necessary information required to provide our services. We don’t store credit card information.
Amazon is one of the world’s leading cloud computing platforms and conforms to numerous compliance standards. Amazon employs physical, environmental, network and other security practices outlined here.
ClientTable establishes a secure connection to your cloud storage of choice: Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox. Your files are directly stored to your drive accordingly - we do not store your file content.
These providers have millions of users and employ world-class security infrastructure.
ClientTable keeps secure back-ups of Data we store. We do not back-up file content stored with your Drive provider. Generally, your storage provider provides back-up & data redundancy for your file content.
As part of a good security program, we will investigate all security reports. ClientTable does not disclose or confirm issues until our investigation is over and if necessary updates are available.
If you believe you’ve identified a security or privacy vulnerability in our systems, please report it to us. You may report this to support@clienttable.com. Include Security in the title and any relevant video or steps that can help us diagnose & identify the problem.
